Childhood Stunting: Spatial Analysis (EDHS 2016)
Survey-weighted logistic regression and four ArcGIS spatial analyses of childhood stunting across Ethiopia.
Merged three DHS data files and ran a survey-weighted multivariable logistic regression (mean VIF 2.51) to identify determinants of childhood stunting. Complemented this with four spatial analyses in ArcGIS 10.8: global spatial autocorrelation (Moran's I = 0.2509), Getis-Ord Gi* hotspot analysis, and Kriging interpolation to map predicted risk across unsampled areas. Currently extending this into a publishable ML paper using more recent DHS data.
